Welcome to Mindful Way Counselling! My name is Sam and I am here to help you on your journey to mental well-being. With my personal experience of living with OCD, I understand the challenges you may be facing. As a qualified therapist with a Masters degree in Counselling, I am dedicated to providing you with the support and guidance you need. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, combining techniques such as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion. Together, we can work towards finding peace and balance in your life.
